Exotic Reds & Blues takes a unique approach in delivering not just "reds", but the powerful "blues and purples" as well, yielding a wide-spectrum of antioxidants. We don't only use common fruits, but instead include many exotic fruits that most people will have a hard time incorporating into their everyday-diet. Reds and blues typically get their color from a class of antioxidants known as anthocyanins and carotenoids, but limited your supplement to just one color of fruit only gives you a fraction of the different antioxidants that exist across multiple colored-fruits.

Red colored fruits are popular for their high micronutrient value, coming from a class of antioxidants called carotenoids and
anthocyanins. Those focused on micronutrient health look beyond just getting their daily vitamins and minerals, and look for key micronutrients, antioxidants and cofactors found in fruits and vegetables.

Similar to reds, blue and purple colored fruits are packed with their own micronutrients, mainly coming from a class of antioxidants called polyphenols as well as anthocyanins. If you are focused on micronutrient intake, consuming only red colored fruits won't cover a very wide spectrum compared to getting both reds & blues.

Sometimes referred to as vitamin B8, inositol occurs naturally in many fresh fruits and has been a heavy focus of research in both men and women. Inositol is important for brain health, along with fertility health in women. We provide a full 2,000mg serving in every scoop.

We recognize that some people have no problem at all getting in plenty of micronutrients from red and blue colored fruits every day, but we wanted to add value to everyone's daily diet. Along with myo-inositol, we also chose to include a variety of fruit-based sources that are not as easy to find on grocery store shelves. See below for a quick breakdown of some of the ingredients in Exotic Reds & Blues.

Truly an amazing shop and one much needed in the area. This man watched a supplement store and a candy store close their doors and decided to open both because our town needed them. Amazing service not just at the store, but in the community.
