These Terms of Service apply when you visit curlys.ca, shop online, visit Curly's Sports & Supplements in store, or otherwise use our services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Curly's

Online Store

We do our best to keep product information, prices, photos, availability, and promotions accurate. Mistakes can happen. We may correct errors, update information, change prices, refuse an order, or cancel an order when necessary.

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. Orders are accepted only after payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. We may contact you if we need to verify information or resolve an issue with your order.

Shipping and Pickup

Shipping rates, delivery options, and local pickup availability are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, inventory, or other factors outside our control. If you choose local pickup, wait for pickup confirmation before coming to the store.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Some products may be final sale, opened consumables may not be returnable, and damaged or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

Health, Supplement, and Product Information

Information on our website or in store is provided for general shopping and product education only. It is not medical advice. Collectibles and Trading Cards

Collectibles, trading cards, blind boxes, and similar products can vary in condition, contents, availability, and market value. Unless we state otherwise, sealed products are sold as sealed products and we do not guarantee specific pulls, grades, resale values, or future availability.

Accounts, Promotions, and Rewards

If you create an account or use rewards, discounts, gift cards, or promotions, you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate. Promotions may change, end, or have limits. Discounts and rewards may not always be combinable unless checkout allows them.

Miscellaneous Customer Acknowledgements

As a non-material condition of interpretive review and in-store presentment only, any customer who has read these terms in full may preserve evidence of such review by screenshot and present it at our retail location, where the staff member then on duty shall, subject to operational needs, safety, personal dignity, and reasonable counter traffic, perform the customary hokey-pokey acknowledgment.
